The Newman's are heading back to Ladera Ranch! Escrow just closed today and we are set to move into our new house on April 1st. Does that date sound familiar to anyone? Yep, we are moving on Landon's first birthday. What a fantastic birthday present! A neighborhood full of children, parks, pools, a water park, a skate park and terrific schools. I think this will be Landon's room. There is another room that is a bit bigger, but Mike and I are thinking it would be a nice playroom for Landon. Plus, this room is already decorated perfectly for a boy!
