Happy Easter!

Our Easter fun began on Friday with Landon's first trip to see the Easter Bunny.

"This big, white, furry thing is very interesting!?! I'm not sure why I'm sitting on his lap, but he is very soft!"

Landon loves Elmo, so you can only imagine how excited I was to find this Easter basket! In fact, I was so excited, that I had to give it to him before Easter. Mike and I thought we would take Landon to the clubhouse for some pics with his basket and eggs.

Landon was having fun running around the rose garden.

He thought he would get a closer look at the flowers.

"These are very pretty, maybe I should pick one?"

"Oh boy, a bird for me to chase!"

Today, we had an Easter egg hunt in our backyard.

"Ooh, look Mommy and Daddy, I found an egg!"

Landon couldn't decide if he wanted to put the eggs in the basket or take them out (he did a little of both).

Birthday Boy!

Today we celebrated my Dad's birthday. First, we enjoyed a delicious italian lunch at Peppino's on Lake Mission Viejo. Then, we went out for an exciting boat ride.

Landon's First Birthday

Happy birthday to our sweet baby boy! Landon turned one on April 1st. I can't believe it has already been a whole year since we were blessed with our little miracle! We couldn't imagine our lives without him. We love this little guy so much! Since we were moving the weekend of his birthday, we decided to wait a week and celebrate in our new house. Gammy, Grandma, Grandpa and uncle Mitchie joined in the celebration. Here are some pictures of our adorable birthday boy...

Ladera Ranch

It's official...we are back in Ladera Ranch! Or, as Mike would say, we are "Laderians" again ;). We moved on Sunday and continue to unpack all of our boxes. We bought a couple of new treats for our house: a new refrigerator for the kitchen and couch for the living room. Mike also has plans to get the outside of the house painted and some new grass and plants for the front and backyard. We have a lot of work to do, but are enjoying it and loving our new house and beautiful neighborhood.

Hmmm...I was wondering why this box was labeled, "Fragile, handle with care."
