Summer Fun!

I have taken Landon to the pool a few times while Mike is at work. Landon has loved the water ever since he was born. He likes listening to the sound of running water, feeling it and of course soaking in a nice, warm bath. Sometimes, I will sit him on the edge of the sink and let him touch and play with the water as it flows from the faucet. His new thing is to put his hand under the flowing water, then suck on his fingers (his way of getting a refreshing drink I guess). Well, I knew he would love the pool and I was right! These are my favorite pics of him at the pool. I only have before and after pics. One day I will have to bring a helper to snap some shots of him in the water.

Okay, since we are playing guessing games...Can you guess who came up with this interesting and creative place for tummy time? This will probably be easy for everyone...yup, Landon's Daddy.

I'm growing so fast...

I can't believe that Landon has already more than doubled his birth weight! He is growing so fast! It's fun to watch him grow and discover new things each and every day.

I LOVE this picture! For the longest time, Landon has been sucking on his whole fist. He finally discovered how to get his fingers into his mouth. In fact, he sucks on three fingers at the same time. He sure knows how to make fingers look delicious!

Mike thought Landon should choose his own toy from his toy box. I couldn't stop laughing when I looked over and saw him standing by "himself."

I suppose this is my version of letting Landon choose his own toy. :)

Landon truly is our "sunshine." I love this t-shirt that one of my first grade friends and his mom got for Landon (thanks Kai and Camille).

We were at the doctor's office here. Landon was having fun looking in the mirror. Little did he know that the nurse was about to come in and give him two shots. He was very brave though and only cried for about one minute. P.S. That is Mike pretending to be a doctor and looking in Landon's ear...silly boy! Yup, I have two boys. :)

Can you see all of Landon's hair? It's really starting to come in now.

Landon has discovered his toes and loves to grab them whenever he can.

Landon and I are working on a farm puzzle here. He also likes to "try" and sit up by himself (you can't see my arm that is off to the side ready to catch him. ;)
