Happy Easter!
We hope everyone is having a wonderful time celebrating this special day.
Landon was excited about the Easter Bunny this year. A few weeks ago, we went to the mall to return something and Landon spied the Easter Bunny. Before I knew it, he ran up to the Easter Bunny, waving and saying "Hi." Landon gave him two high fives and the Easter Bunny gave Landon a lollipop. Well, when we went back to the mall for Landon's haircut, he wanted to see the Easter Bunny again. An adorable hairdo, a cute smile and a furry bunny definitely makes a cute photo!
Time to color Easter eggs!
It was so funny, because Landon knew exactly what to do. Such a smart boy!
I know I am supposed to use this thingy to take the eggs out, but...
it is so much easier to use my hands!
This morning, Landon found a special treat from the Easter Bunny waiting for him downstairs.
He was so excited to look through his basket.
His favorite part was when he found...
a chocolate bunny.
After breakfast (no, he didn't just eat chocolate...Daddy made him a veggie/fruit smoothie), he went outside to find his eggs.
He really enjoyed looking for the eggs, putting them in his basket and...
opening a few to see what was inside.

Time to go through the loot. The eggs either had a plastic toy, jelly bean, M&M or marshmallow.
Trying to see if Daddy will let him eat all of his treats. ;-)
His buddy Brady stopped by to see what we were up to.
After our egg hunt, one of the Moms in the 'hood put together a fun activity for the children. She took hollowed out eggs and filled them with confetti. You are supposed to break them over the head of a friend and sprinkle them with confetti.

Tomorrow, our little love bug will be turning three years old. Three amazing years with this little guy. We love him so much! A birthday post will be coming...stay tuned...
