Happy Thanksgiving!

We hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving with family and friends. We are so thankful for our loved ones, our health, our new home and wonderful neighbors, and most of all...
we are thankful for this cute little turkey...
who thinks something is hilarious!
Landon was checkin' things out bright and early Thanksgiving morning (yep, our little turkey got up at 5am). He was ready to get the party started!
Ahhh, time to eat!
But, not until we have a few pics, of course. ;)
Look at that smile...Landon was so thankful for his yummy food on his fabulous new plate (A special gift from my friend Teri. The food is hiding the super cute farm animals).
"Grandma, let's help Mom clean by taking out the trash."
"Gettin' a little love from my Gammy."
The boys...watching Handy Manny. (Landon wasn't too excited about watching football...heehee)
Look how big Landon is compared to...
last year. It's amazing how much he has grown!
We love our little turkey all the way to the moon and back!! xoxoxoxo

Happy Halloween!

We hope you had a very happy Halloween! Our fun began in the late afternoon with a neighborhood street party. All of the families gathered at the end of the cul-de-sac to socialize, play and eat dinner. When it got dark, we went trick-or-treating while Gammy and uncle Mitchie stayed behind to pass out candy.
Look out everyone, we have a new sheriff in town.
Yep, the cutest sheriff you have ever seen.
"Howdy partner!"
"I hear there's a gathering in town, so I'm off to make sure there isn't any mischief."
"Mommy and Daddy didn't get me a gun or horse, so I guess this will have to do."
"Don't worry Mommy, stick with me and I'll keep you safe."
"I am here to serve and protect...all the cute girls."
"All this hard work has really made me hungry."
A group photo of the children before heading out to trick-or-treat.
Landon's first stop...
Since he's the sheriff, he thought he could get away with taking the whole basket of candy, rather than just one piece. :)
"Okay Mommy, which way should we go now?"
And, of course, I had to save the best pictures for last...
Happy Halloween from the Newman family!
