4 Months Old

It's already been 4 months!?! Wow!
I just love Landon's adorable smile!
One of Landon's favorite activities is...
...blowing bubbles!
One day I looked out our window and started laughing at what I saw (and grabbed my camera, of course). I'm pretty sure it's too early for Landon to be doing chores...right!?! P.S. If you click on the photo you can get a better view of Landon helping his Dad water the plants.

My two little monkeys. :)
Happy 4 month birthday sweetheart!

Our Little Peanut

Here are some current pics of our precious little peanut. Mike and I are so in love with this cutie pie!
Landon in his dinosaur pajamas.
Just lookin' cute.
Havin' fun in his Jumperoo.
Don't you just love his soft, fuzzy head? You can't help but kiss it all day long!
Loving his shiny, red wagon.
A close-up of his adorable smile. Yup, he's in his shiny, red wagon.
"Wow, look at all the bubbles. This is cool. Thanks Dad!"
"Hey, what's up there?"
"This is my Gammy. She's really nice!"
Most evenings Mike takes Landon for a walk while I stay home and get everything ready for Landon's bath and bedtime. This evening, we both went for a walk. I LOVE our baby carrier. Landon has so much fun being outdoors and looking all around. He is a very inquisitive little guy!

New toys, a visit from Grandpa and Grandma, and a walk to the pool

Mike got Landon and I a few new toys. Here is Landon's Rainforest Jumperoo. He loves to jump and try to touch everything. When he jumps or grabs something, music plays and you can hear different animal sounds. I loved his look of surprise when he first discovered this cause and effect relationship. (Don't you just want to squeeze those cheeks?)
A shiny, new red wagon that Landon can grow into.
And a fabulous rocking chair that I love, love, love!
We got a special visit from Grandpa and Grandma this weekend to celebrate my birthday. After spending some quality time together, we had lasagna from Peppino's, went for a little walk and enjoyed some delicious cake. (No, I did not give Landon a haircut... He has lost most of his baby hair. His big boy hair is barely peeking through. :) Here are a few pics...

Hmmm, I guess the cake looked so good that someone with tiny little fingers wanted to get a taste. :)
Today, Landon and I went for a walk to the pool to dip our little feet.
Well, I guess my feet aren't so little, but aren't Landon's tiny feet sooo cute?
All tuckered out after a hard day at the pool. Landon fell asleep on my arm while listening to his Glo-worm that Uncle Mitchie gave him.

3 Months Old

Happy 3 month birthday baby Landon! I have been working on Landon's first memory book and came across this picture of when he was just one day old. I can't believe how quickly he is growing.
One day old
7lbs
19.25 in
3 months old
13 lbs, 10 oz
23.5 in
For Landon's 3 month birthday, Mike and I took him to Precious Hand/Footprints in Mission Viejo to get a hand painted ceramic impression plate. Here are a couple pics of the studio. You can see some of the designs that are displayed on the wall.
Mike and I chose a white plate, with the hand and footprint painted in light blue. It will also have a small blue rocket with little yellow stars at the top. She must get a lot of business, as the plate won't be ready for about 8 weeks. I'll post a pic when I get it.

Landon loves when Daddy plays "Airplane" with him and flies him all over the house.
"I'm a big boy sitting in my Bumbo seat. I really like my elephant and I think I'll give him a kiss." :)
Tummy time!
One of my first grade friends (Taylor) and her Mom (Abi), made Landon this blanket and a smaller matching one that he can easily carry wherever he goes. The blankets are so soft and as you can see, Landon really likes them!
